1. Overview
This policy explains what happens to the information you provide when you use Nexora Tools, operated by Tripathi Nexora Technologies. It covers the contact form, the files and text you process with our tools, cookies, and the analytics we use.
You can use the vast majority of our tools without creating an account or giving us any personal details.
2. Information You Give Us
Contact form: when you send us a message we receive the name, email address, subject and message you type, so that we can reply. We use those details for correspondence only.
Accounts: creating an account is optional. If you register, we store your name, email address and a hashed password, plus a record of tools you save or open while signed in, so that those features work.
3. How Your Files and Text Are Processed
Some tools run entirely in your browser using JavaScript. For those, the text or file you work with is not transmitted to us at all.
Other tools need server-side processing and therefore upload your file or text to our server. This applies to the PDF tools (convert, merge, split, compress, lock and unlock, and extract text), ZIP archive tools, spreadsheet converters (CSV and Excel), tools that turn pasted text into Word or PDF, HTML to PDF conversion, combining images into a PDF, and the grammar checker (your text is sent to our server for analysis). Files and text sent for processing are used only to produce your result and are not kept as part of a permanent library.
Because some tools transmit files to our server, please avoid uploading material you are not permitted to share.
4. Cookies and Local Storage
We use essential cookies for security and, if you sign in, to keep your session active. These are required for the site to function.
Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your browser using local storage. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics to help us understand usage, as described in the next section.
If Google AdSense ad serving is enabled on the site, advertising cookies may be set to display and measure ads. You can manage or opt out via your browser settings or Google's ad settings. The AdSense script may still load while the account is under review even when ads are not being shown.
5. Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages and tools are used, so we can prioritise improvements. Google Analytics collects usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and sets cookies in your browser.
This means some usage data is processed by Google as a third-party provider. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking analytics cookies in your browser settings.
6. Advertising
Nexora Tools is configured for Google AdSense (publisher ID ca-pub-5163270371830474). The site may load the AdSense script so Google can review the property or prepare ad serving. Unless and until our AdSense account is approved and ad serving is enabled, visitors should not expect paid advertisements from AdSense to appear on these pages.
If ad serving is enabled later, Google AdSense may use cookies and similar identifiers to serve ads, which may be personalised based on your browsing activity across sites that use Google advertising services. Google may use the DoubleClick cookie or similar technologies to measure ad performance. You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time by visiting Google's ad settings at g.co/adsettings, or by using the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out tool at optout.networkadvertising.org.

7. Third-Party Services
Besides Google Analytics and the Google AdSense programme (see Advertising), some pages load resources from third parties including Google Fonts (for typefaces) and Font Awesome (for icons), both served via their CDNs; these providers may see your IP address as part of serving the request.
The temporary email tool relies on an external mail provider (mail.tm) to create disposable inboxes. The grammar checker sends the text you submit from our server to the LanguageTool API for spelling and grammar suggestions; that text is processed by LanguageTool as a third-party service.
We do not sell your personal information.
8. Data Retention
Contact messages are kept in our email for as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Account records are kept while your account exists; deleting your account removes them.
Files uploaded for server-side tools are processed to produce a download or result and are not stored as a user-accessible archive. We do not claim that those files never pass through our servers.
9. Data Security
We apply reasonable technical measures to protect the site and the data it handles. No method of transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Children
Nexora Tools is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Your Choices
You can use most tools without providing personal information, block or clear cookies in your browser, delete your account from the profile page if you created one, or contact us to ask about the information we hold.

We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
