1. Overview
This policy explains what happens to the information you provide when you use Nexora Tools, operated by Tripathi Nexora Technologies. It covers the contact form, the files and text you process with our tools, cookies, and the analytics we use.
You can use the vast majority of our tools without creating an account or giving us any personal details.
2. Information You Give Us
Contact form: when you send us a message we receive the name, email address, subject and message you type, so that we can reply. We use those details for correspondence only.
Accounts: creating an account is optional. If you register, we store your name, email address and a hashed password, plus a record of tools you save or open while signed in, so that those features work.
3. How Your Files and Text Are Processed
Some tools run entirely in your browser using JavaScript. For those, the text or file you work with is not transmitted to us at all.
Other tools need server-side processing and therefore do upload your file to our server. This applies to the PDF tools (convert, merge, split, compress, lock and unlock), the ZIP tools, image conversion, background removal and similar features. Files sent for processing are used only to produce your result and are not kept as part of a permanent library.
Because some tools transmit files to our server, please avoid uploading material you are not permitted to share.
4. Cookies and Local Storage
We use essential cookies for security and, if you sign in, to keep your session active. These are required for the site to function.
Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your browser using local storage. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Analytics cookies are also set, as described in the next section.
5. Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages and tools are used, so we can prioritise improvements. Google Analytics collects usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and sets cookies in your browser.
This means some usage data is processed by Google as a third-party provider. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking analytics cookies in your browser settings.
6. Advertising
We do not currently display advertising on Nexora Tools, and no advertising network is integrated at the time of writing.
If we introduce advertising in future, this policy will be updated beforehand to name the provider and explain the cookies or identifiers involved.
7. Third-Party Services
Besides Google Analytics, some pages load resources from third parties such as web fonts and icon libraries, and the temporary email tool relies on an external mail provider to create disposable inboxes. Those providers may see your IP address as part of serving the request.
We do not sell your personal information.
8. Data Retention
Contact messages are kept in our email for as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Account records are kept while your account exists; deleting your account removes them.
9. Data Security
We apply reasonable technical measures to protect the site and the data it handles. No method of transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Children
Nexora Tools is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Your Choices
You can use most tools without providing personal information, block or clear cookies in your browser, delete your account from the profile page if you created one, or contact us to ask about the information we hold.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
